An extension of our Health Checks (although not a pre-requisite), we aim to optimize your Dayforce setup using a similar process-based approach. We will map processes that impact your Dayforce setup. Out of the process-mapping phase, we will take our findings and come up with some optimization suggestions that are unqiue to your business. Based on the recommendations that we provide, we will align on the actions you'd like to take, as you know your business best. Once agreed upon, we will make configuration changes using our project management best practices. And of course, we approach everything with a change management lens. We'll make sure that you'll be well aware of changes and any impacts to employees!

At the end of the project, one key take-away will be a companion document that describes the setup and configuration of your individual Dayforce instance.
